Dear Members,
E.C.C.O., as a partner of ECHOES, is inviting you to participate in and disseminate freely the following initiatives of the ECHOES project. We are pleased to announce that the ECHOES Consultation are now live and available on the ECHOES website. It is important to highlight the importance to have the Conservator-restorer voice and experience expressed in this EU-wide consultation that will have a great impact on the future of our work.
ECHOES Consultation: Help shape the Cultural Heritage Cloud
The ECHOES Consultation aims to map diverse cultural heritage communities, understanding their needs and expectations for the Cultural Heritage Cloud. Your contributions will help shape the Cloud with and for heritage communities. As a first step, we have launched an online questionnaire to identify heritage professionals and researchers and explore their use of digital tools in daily work. The results will guide the development of the Cloud’s infrastructure, tools, services, training, and community-building efforts.
· Who can participate? All cultural heritage stakeholders, including professionals, researchers, computer scientists, developers, institutions, and umbrella organisations.
· Deadline: The questionnaire will remain open until April 2025.
· How to help? Project partners are encouraged to participate by filling out the questionnaire and sharing it within their networks. To support dissemination, a communication kit is attached to this email, including a flyer and banners for web and social media use. Additional materials, such as a PPT presentation introducing the project and the purpose of the Consultation, are available in our Teams repository.
